The service

Florenor, operated by Dimitrije Stopar s.p., Maribor, Slovenia, offers education about everyday intimate care: a free habit quiz and a 3–4 week program with short daily lessons and optional habit steps. Florenor is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. The program is not designed for pregnancy or the first six weeks after birth; the safety check explains what applies to you.

Your account

You sign in with a single-use link sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.

Safety comes first

If the safety check or a check-in shows signs that need care, the program pauses and shows care guidance. Follow the advice of your healthcare professional over anything in Florenor.

Purchases

When the program is sold, payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, under its terms. The price, taxes and refund conditions are shown at checkout. If an order is refunded, access to the paid program ends. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Content

Lessons carry evidence labels and sources. We review content regularly but cannot guarantee that every source is complete or current. Content is for personal use and may not be copied for commercial purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made without consulting a healthcare professional. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law
